• Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security monitoring and are then permanently deleted.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 48 hours of your purchase, contact our support team via live chat to request a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. After 48 hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
